我用TD8.0在2003上安装时，运行setup，连界面都出不来，用TD7.6时，安装到输入操作系统管理员密码时我输了，他却报管理员密码错误？这是怎么回事？为什么我的TD在2003上装不成功？

请问谁知道怎么解决？

原来TD8在2000 server,然后升级到2003 server,但是执行check 的时候就会出错，关于otaserver,domain info, license等都会出错，而且td重新启动不了.
检查iis是正常的。
重新安装也不能用。
按照说明文档,把2003的注册表改了,如添加otasrv~1,flags 408,这样也不行.

不知道谁遇到这个问题了,能帮助解决吗?

TD7.6在2003上都能安装 难道8.0在2003上不能安装吗？
TD8.0的ADMIN GUIDE上是怎么说的？应该有相关的OS要求。

8.0可以.
在一台机器上测试过了。只是有一些问题。

Under some machine configurations, the e-mail system for TestDirector may not work properly. The problem occurs when the TestDirector server attempts to access the mercury.ini file while sending e-mail. For more information, refer to the TestDirector Knowledge Base (http://support.mercury.com) and search for Problem ID 28511.
Mercury Tours does not install on Windows Server 2003. Workaround: To work with the TestDirector Tutorial, use any other supported platform.
After you stop/start the TestDirector server and then click Check All in the TestDirector Checker, a warning message displays for the TestDirector virtual directory. Workaround: Resynchronize the IWAM_XXXX account passwords, or place the virtual directory in Low (IIS process) Application Protection. 我刚刚在2003下装了TD8.0，成功了！用户名、密码错误，是你没有安装数据库，按照安装说明，先安装Sybase、Oracal或SQl server，然后配置，再重新安装就没有问题了1
