（1）BI-Reporting Lead STE
MAPS Business Intelligence (BI) is a core group that provides business intelligence and reporting solutions to all business units within RealNetworks. This crucial service drives all business decisions and business planning of Real Networks.
The Lead STE, under the leadership of the Lead STE located in Seattle, will work closely with the Seattle BI QA, Program Management and Development teams and other RN staff to coordinate and plan activities and to complete projects.
This position will be responsible for leading the team of QA engineers in Beijing.
This position will analyze transactional data and analytical data and compare business rules to discover holes and troubleshoot data integrity, and also dig deeply into report integrity problems. Other job functions include in-depth analysis of use cases, examination of feature and bug fix design and implementation, and corresponding creation, maintenance, execution, and review of test plans/cases, Root Cause Analysis, provide test estimates, schedule resources and track tasks. Quick technical skills, flexibility and energy are a must.
Technical environment is Unix, Teradata and related tools.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum:
·
Experience in leading a team in the application of standard software QA testing methodologies.
·
Ability to write complex SQL queries.
·
Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL MYSQL DB2 POSTGRESQL). Experience in data migration, data analysis and/or data warehousing.
·
Deep understanding of software development life cycle, quality assurance process, software test design strategy and software testing tools.
·
Working knowledge of Unix and shell scripting (Language).
·
Motivated and eager to acquire new skills; Self learner;
·
Solid oral and written communication skills in English, able to read and discuss the business rules.
·
Capacity to work under pressure in small highly focused team.
·
Ability to work independently and raise issues by priority and without waiting.
Manual test
Preferred:

·
Experience with Microstrategy or equivalent.

·
Experience in Teradata and / or Oracle databases.

·
Experience with data warehousing.
Education, Certification, and/or Training:
Minimum:
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience with databases.
Preferred:
MS in technical field (or longer experience with databases).
Experience:
Minimum:
·
2 years of experience as a QA team lead.
·
3 years of software quality assurance or database development experience.
·
2 consecutive years of experience with relational databases.
·
Experience with stored procedures or equivalent.
Preferred:
·
1 year of Report testing or data validation experience.
·
2 years experience with Data Warehouse.
·
2 year in QA of back-end systems or business analysis.

OLAP那东西知道一点，做过一年sql server的测试。不过就是完全不懂Unix和shell。coding会些C#。貌似跟你这个JD不沾边啊！呵呵，职位是manual测试还是automation测试？什么公司？
