2.        熟悉软件测试管理：同行评审、配置管理、需求管理、缺陷管理流程及目的。   
3.        了解基于B/S、C/S架构上的各种测试。（WEB测试、Client/Server测试）
4.        有能力根据不同情况、各种软件，选择合适的测试策略，在测试策略制定后，能基于各种策略编写设计测试用例并执行。（单元测试、集成测试、系统测试）   
5.        能够独立规范地完成软件各测试阶段的测试计划、测试方案、测试用例、测试日报、测试报告的写作。
6.        掌握的测试工具： TCL脚本自动化测试平台搭建、 Ratioanl Robot 、 Mercury WinRunner 、 Mercury LoadRunner。
7.        掌握操作系统原理，熟悉WINDOWS操作系统内部机制。
8.        有C++程序设计基础，并有一定的VB脚本语言编写能力。
9.        掌握数据结构：了解数据结构排序、查找的各种算法，熟悉数据结构的逻辑关系、存储表示及运算操作。
10.        能对一般的通用软件进行操作如：DREAMWARE基础网页制作、PHOTOSHOP一般图象特效处理、3DMAX实物模型绘制、AUTOCAD平面制图等）
