Qualifications:
1-3 plus years software testing experience.
Good test methodology background S
Solid knowledge of software quality assurance practices
Strong coding and troubleshooting skills
Be able to adapt to new technology quickly
Good communication skill
Have the ability to see the big picture as well as understand the fine details of web services
Familiar and have experiences with internet technologies (HTML, JavaScript, IIS), XML, SOAP, .NET (particularly ASP.NET and C#)
Knowledge of LocStudio, Pseudo-Localization process will be a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills in a cross group collaboration/influence environment

JD for this position:
We are looking for a results-oriented candidate that is capable to perform solid test planning and test development for a major feature on a software team through one or more full product cycles and has ability to function autonomously and demonstrate success in the rapid change and aggressive scheduling. The candidate will be expected to design, spec and implement tests, common code, infrastructure and automation systems, debug product code and propose potential solutions for all elements of international quality assurance: Globalization, Localizability, Localization, and Marketization.
