SDET requirements:
•        Have knowledge on C# or C++, Flash, Xslt, XML, SQL Server
•        Full understanding of the software development cycle and test roles
•        Could learn new technique knowledge quickly
•        Have knowledge on Javascript coding
•        Good test sense
•        At least one year’s testing experience
•        At least two years’unit testing experience
•        At least two years’dev experience on .NET, XML, SQL Server
SDET – On Projects:
•        Play the same role as STE most of the time.
•        Write the test cases or checkpoints more from technical view.
•        Code review to find the potential bugs.
•        Investigate on major bugs and give the solution to fix the bugs.
•        Give suggestion to the project team to improve the code structure.
•        Develop the automation script and test tools
