Job description:  
- Create test cases based on given functional specifications and test specifications  
- Write code in C# or C++ to automate test cases  
- Set up test environments and execute automated or manual test cases under the proper test environments  
- Isolate failures in automated or manual test cases through manual execution and debugging  
- Validate bug fixes through test execution  
- Create or update test automation tools  
- Periodically interact with the Redmond based test team to discuss work requirements, schedules and issues  

Qualification:  
- Enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems  
- Ability to work effectively with other team members and other teams  
- Strong coding skills with C++ and/or C# including algorithms and data structures  
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills  
- At least 1 years of industrial experience on software development or testing  
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)  
- Education Requirements: B.Sc. in CS or equivalent degree
