Job Title: QA Engineer
Location: Shanghai, China

Responsibilities:
• Manages the progress of projects from the handoff through release
• Maintains the integrity of complex engineering features across multiple releases by applying technical skills in b/s software development
• Works closely with development teams to continually evaluate and improve the software development and testing process
• Investigate performance testing tool and integrate into auto testing results.
• Develops performance testing scripts and monitors results
• Develops performance testing tool and improve it.
• Diagnoses and resolves problems with deployment and server configurations
Requirements:
• 2 years experience with performance analysis frameworks, tools (Jmeter, Jconsole and etc.), and methodologies
• 1 years experience with automation testing (Selenium, QTP and etc.)
• 2 years of unit test development experience, preferably with JUnit
• Full life cycle software development process knowledge
• Knowledge of performance testing and experience in troubleshoot area.
• Knowledge of Java, Perforce, TCP/IP, B/S and C/S systems
• Unit test development experience
• Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux environment
• fluent English in reading and writing
Desirable Skills:
• In depth knowledge and functional understanding of C++/Java skills
• SQL, Oracle and Crystal reports
