Sr. QA Lead (1)

Job Description:
- 5+ years experience managing a team (3+) junior level QA resources
- Superior verbal and written English communication skills
- Design and implement automated tests for .NET based solutions. Ideally, individual will also have experience in automating the testing for Microsoft Office based solutions.
- Design, execute, and maintain test scripts for Microsoft Office based addins
- Identify, analyze, and document defects, errors, and inconsistencies in application installation, application functionality and application help facility
- Conducts defect summary reporting and tracking to resolution for the project.
- Managing defects through a formal defect management life cycle (TargetProcess).
- Participate in application development project reviews.
- Assist with manual testing tasks as needed.
- Timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Experience in SCRUM software methodology a plus
