1. QA Technical Team Manager (2 headcounts)
Minimum of 7 years testing, quality assurance or other development experience.
High awareness of customer service.
Requires 2-3 years of experience with multiple types of testing, these should include: Functional, Integration (End to End), Performance and Resilience testing.
Experience in testing of large scale real-time systems preferred.
Substantial experience of leading and motivating teams.
In-depth knowledge of testing process and structured methodologies.
A certification or qualification in Software Testing would be an advantage.
Experience with Test management and defect tracking tools.
Experience with Test Automation is preferred.
2. Quality Engineer
Minimum of 3 years testing or other development experience.
Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience of formal software development lifecycle.
Reasonable knowledge on SEI CMM.
3. Senior Quality Engineer
Minimum 3 years working experience, testing experience is preferred
Proven experience in test planning and test cases development
Comprehensive understanding of test methodologies and techniques (e.g. Test coverage analysis).
Solid experience in test execution and defect tracking.
Be familiar with Software Development Life Cycle and testing process
Excellent understanding of automation concepts. Experience on automation tool (such as QTP, LoadRunner etc.) would be a plus.
Solid experience with SQL. Experience on PL/SQL would be a plus.
Proven experience in working on UNIX or Linux environment is preferred.
4. Software Process Engineer
At least 3 years of software development experience preferably in either C++ or C. Java is also a plus. Candidates with 5+ years of experience would be highly considered.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, especially in requirement specification, design and coding phases.
Experience of peer review, static code analysis and unitary testing.
Experience of a popular configuration management system, e.g., SVN, ClearCase, VSS, CVS, etc.
Knowledge of the SEI-CMMI® process framework and the quantified benefits of the framework. SEI introduction training to CMMI® is an advantage.
Experience working in an organisation practising CMMI®. Development or improvement experience of software development processes is highly appreciated.
Understanding and appreciating the business benefits of process improvement.
Experience in delivering process training.
Knowledge and experience of Agile or Six Sigma will be an advantage.
