Transition operation support experience

* Job Description • Support overall transition framework from HP Sat-O Team
• Utilize initiatives from HP OVSD/HPSC* team to meet transition deliverables and deadlines
• Provide technical guidance and support end user support team members on daily deployment activities.
• Provide operational support for all HP Global Project Office Deployments.
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) before deployment of system
• Provide support for internal/external customers; manage change requests and problem tickets.
• Actively pursue problem resolution and foster teamwork amongst extended team.
• Establish liaisons with other technical support groups for prompt problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance with HP's User Support Framework and Protocol.
* Job Requirements & Skills Required • Bachelor’s degree in English language, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in business operations analysis and documentation, customer/ system support, or equivalent. Working experience in IT environment is a plus
• Effective project management, problem solving, communication, interpersonal, and planning skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of project team, users , etc
• Working experience in Multinational Company (MNC) is a plus
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of project team, users and vendors. Ability to deliver under pressure and work with minimal supervision
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites
