大家好！我上海天云人力资源有限公司（人才中介号：185）执行总监JACK，本公司主要为上海著名软件公司提供中高层次软件人才，客户主要是美资、日资和国内著名大型软件公司，此次受某著名大型美资软件公司委托招聘以下职位：
   Position(职位名称)：软件配置经理   
   Report to (汇报)：运营总监
   Location(工作地点)：上海
   Number(人数)：1人
1、           Responsibilities（主要职责）：
·        Control multiple software baselines
·         Build (compile and link) software products
·         Develop and maintain automated build scripts using Ant, or simila automated build tools
·         Interact with and administer source control system using CVS
·         Distribute executable files, integration builds and release builds to various environments
·         Support multiple product teams with releases
·         Develop and maintain the detailed software CM procedures to ensure that an operational production environment can be re-created from the CM baseline
·         Maintain accurate documents describing the configuration status of all project environments (Test, Beta, Production, etc.)
·        Maintain version description documents, change lists, and build reports
·         Work with Development and Quality teams to coordinate each release
·        Actively participate in production readiness reviews, and play a key role in coordinating and building the releases from the baselines.
   Requirements（任职资格）：
a. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline
b. Extensive experience with configuration management of commercial
   software products in java environment
c. Familiar with CVS
d. Strong knowledge of industry accepted Software Configuration Management practices, policies, procedures, and standards
e. Background in use of automated build tools and processes

   C & B (薪资与福利)：
   月薪10-18K，社会保险全部由公司承担，带薪年休假7-15天，出国机会较多
