Position Title: Software Test Manager
Location: BeiJing

Skills and Qualifications:
-Responsible for all quality aspect of deliverables, including functional test, performance test, load test
-Defining and maintaining test guideline and test standing for SharePoint/SharePointPlus
-Preparing test plan for all SharePoint/SharePointPlus deliverables
-Working with Release Manager to ensure availability of the test environment and release schedule to test
-Managing test resources (person, boxes, software) to perform the test effectively and efficiently
-Leading triage meeting (both for system test and UAT test) and bug status meeting with dev
-Drive bug resolution by the close of test timeframe
-Working with the PM to get the test and UAT sign off

The project is with one of world’s leading telecommunications companies. The project entails the implementation of a web based self service bill presentment application for business and consumer users. The functionality that will be delivered consists of Bill Presentment, Bill Analytics, Customer Care and more.
Job Description
The candidate must have dedication to quality to meet or exceed customer expectations, perseverance to complete assignments in the face of challenges or setbacks, motivation to learn and should thrive in start-up environments and be able to work with minimal supervision. This individual must have a combination of in-depth knowledge of QA processes and tools and solid background in test coverage of complex Web applications. (Responsible for building and leading a team of Quality Assurance Engineers that debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products.)
Primary Responsibilities
• Working with testing resources and subject matter experts to gain functional understanding of the application and associated business processes.
• Develops, modifies, executes, reviews and approves software test plans.
• Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
• Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
• Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.
• Defect reporting and tracking
Job Qualifications
• Minimum: 4+ years of experience in various QA functions with strong QA core competencies and skilled in hands-on testing, test automation, and releasing successful and high quality products
• Minimum 2+ years of QA experience applications based on Java, J2EE, Web and Database technologies.
• Expert in black box, white box and automated testing
• At least 2-3 years experience building, leading, and mentoring a team of 5-7 Q/A engineers.
• Experience with Q/A processes and tools, test mgmt systs, Q/A automation and how it applies within a dev env
• Preference for experience in ASP environments and agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in Java/J2EE development is a plus
Position Title: Senior/Software Test Engineer

Skills and Qualifications:
1、三年以上相关软件测试工作经验；
3、具有丰富的测试经验，精通常见测试工具；熟悉测试流程；有测试团队管理或微软项目测试经验优先
4、懂得编程语言，具有C/C++/C#或者Java至少一种编程语言的实际经验，熟悉SQL Server，熟悉sharepoint技术优先考虑
5、敢于面对和解决棘手的问题，有对世界级产品进行测试和项目管理的相关经验；
6、流利的英语口语能力、较强的写作能力；
7、优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神
