Job Description :  The position will contribute to the design and implementation of complex, multi-tier distributed software application. The primary focus will be on development of white-box testing scripts to support the development for bi-weekly release. The individual will work independently, as well as work jointly with other team members to come up with innovative solutions in testing of web base application. The individual should have strong working knowledge of web development and development background and very good knowledge of developing testing scripts and various tools such as clearcase for version control and clearquest for bug management.
Job Requirement: Education Requirements
B.S or M.S or above Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience Requirements
? 2 -3 years of work experience.
? Development working experience is desired
? Good understanding of relational data bases and multi-tiered distributed software applications
? Good understanding of both White-box and Black-box testing techniques

Personal Characteristics
? Self-motivated, quick learner, good team worker, highly responsive and proactive person
? Ability to build relationships and influence others

Skill and Knowledge Requirements
? Strong working knowledge in Java, Javascripts, C++, Perl, Html or XML, PL/SQL and Internet working experience
? Back-end/front-end testing as needed
? Good understanding of relational data bases and multi-tiered distributed software applications
? Good understanding of both White-box and Black-box testing techniques
? Good communication skills in English
