岗位概要
FDS（反欺诈监测或风控系统）的宗旨是防范欺诈和滥用，同时确保在线交易操作便利。我们构建基于分析的系统和服务，通过扫描大量与交易相关的数据（买家、卖家、结算等），发现潜在的相关性并检测欺诈和滥用的模式，并为运营团队提供工具和流程以调查和采取行动。强大的风控系统可以保护Coupang的品牌和形象，防止给顾客和卖家造成负面影响，并减少损失。作为产品经理，你是Coupang的Mini-CEO，点到点地负责风控某个特定领域的产品。从战略规划到产品上线的整个生命周期，最大限度地提高顾客满意度。
岗位职责

• 与内部业务部门合作，定义关键问题和机会；
• 研究并确定潜在的解决方案，并与公司业务和技术团队合作；
• 定义不同功能的优先级，以达成指标；
• 负责风控系统的的产品路线图；
• 全权负责设计和部署新的产品及项目，持续推动系统、流程、运营的变革管理，以产生最佳影响
  

任职资格

• 至少5年的产品管理经验
• 本科学历（计算机科学、工程等专业优先）
• 积极主动解决问题，有较强的执行分析能力；
• 可与不同的客户进行有效沟通；
• 以数据驱动决策，并推动结果的达成；
• 能够管理多个项目并为其定义优先级；
• 流利的英语口语和书写能力；

• 反欺诈或风控相关的产品经理经验；
• 互联网、电商、零售行业经验

Job Overview
As our Product Owner for FDS team, you will be responsible to be a Mini-CEO with end-to-end ownership of a specific area. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow one of the most strategic areas for the Company! FDS (Fraud Detection System) protects online transactions from fraudsters and abusers. We build highly sophisticated and analytics-based systems and services that scan massive amounts of transaction-related data (buyer, seller, payment, etc.) to uncover underlying correlations and detect fraud and abuse patterns, as well as tools and processes for operation teams to investigate and act on these. A robust FDS protects Coupang’s brand and image, prevents negative impacts to Customers and Sellers and reduces revenue loss.
Our mission is to ensure that every transaction is trusted, safe, and protected from fraud. We build the brand image that Coupang is a trustworthy place to buy things and do business.
One important aspect of e-Commerce service is to always simplify and streamline user experience, providing more convenience for customers. This cannot be done without the critical support of FDS, which ensures convenience doesn’t come with fraud and abuse.
FDS is also a mandatory service from a compliance perspective, both for Coupang as an open e-Commerce platform, and for RocketPay.
Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders in identifying key business problems/opportunities;
• Research and identify potential solutions to the problem, working in collaboration with highly talented leaders (both business and technical leads) in the company;
• Prioritize the right set of features to impact the success metrics;
• Own the product roadmap for fraud detection system;
• End to end ownership from launching the new products/programs to continuously drive the right system/process/operation changes to maximize the impact;
  

Qualifications:

• Strong track record as product owner or product manager for marketing related fraud prevention product;
• Pro-active problem solver with a strong inclination to execute analytical thinker;
• Ability to effectively communicate with different audiences;
• Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results;
• Demonstrated ability to manage, and prioritize multiple projects;
  

• Fluent English speaking and writing, Korean is a plus;
• Experience working at an internet / e-commerce / retail industry is a plus;
