P1 Senior QA engineer  (Beijing)
1) 3+ years experience in software QA testing. Experience with creating and developing test plans, test specifications based on software requirements and use cases.
(2) Prior experience of Segue Silk Test, Mercury, etc.
(3) Knowledge of internet and web technologies. Programming skills using ASP, JavaScript, and MS SQL are highly desire.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Major contributor to the project team
Imparting knowledge and experience to others
Assuring quality of system meets client quality requirements
Gaining a mastership of their craft
Comfortable and effective in customer-facing situations
May also be Lead Test Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
High-level Responsibilities:
Analyse process and recommend process solutions
Analyse requirements and recommend functional testing solutions
Communicate and be effective at all business levels
Define full testing system scope
Falls under both camps
Ideally performed by client IT with guidance from TW testers and developers
If done in house with TW, falls more under test developer
