暂时看不出来问题，除了百度的链接：https://www.baidu.com不同之外，好像也没有报错

1.看你写的代码是没有问题的；
2.查看下百度页面的源码发现，使用classname和name定位方法发现是不能定位到(设置)这个元素。因为存在多个相同的。
3.建议使用xpath或者css定位方法。

不是定位的问题，这段代码你这边运行可以么，我把脚本放在同事那运行是OK的她用的是Google的，不懂火狐为什么不行

selenium3.0以上的版本使用火狐浏览器是需要下载驱动的
