紧急求救。TD突然无法启用。CPU被inetinfo.exe占用97%以上

各个大侠，小弟紧急求救。

TD7.6已运作半年有余，一直比较稳定的。

今天却不能访问。

操作系统为WIN　200　ADV

计算机重启N次，都没用。运作TD程序：TestDirector7.6.exe，打开IE后，反应很慢（基本没反应），最好的一次也就打开页的的框架。或者直接提示“该页面无法打开”

查计算机任务管理器：CPU占用100%，其中主要是被inetinfo.exe占用，占用97%至99%。

该怎么办呀？？？？？

整个部门等着TD启用开工呢。请各位高手出手指点啊！！

“查计算机任务管理器：CPU占用100%，其中主要是被inetinfo.exe占用，占用97%至99%。”-----水平有限，也没有见过这种情况，实在无法诊断。。
个人建议：看情况是服务器出了问题，如果可以，就再找一台服务器安装td，然后把原来服务器上的project文件拷贝过去restore，先用着，而有问题的服务器你查一下到底是td坏了还是系统原因。。

我再查了一下，IIS　占用CPU好像是因为调用TD引起的。如果把TD停掉，再去查IIS调用的文件inetinfo.exe，CPU占用率不下来了。
现在通过TestDirector　Checker。系统提示错误，但我不清楚这是什么错误，密码错误吗？我没改过呀。
