南京外企职位：Tools Engineer & Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate tools and provide recommendation to developers.
2. Configure, develop and maintain applications to support developers and QA engineers.
3. Communicate with engineers to deliver quality support for their need.
4. Create & review software development document
5. Provide advice and implement test configuration for the QA team.
6. Diagnosis the development process of software projects to provide feedback for areas of improvements.
7. Coordinate cross-department parties to deliver quality support.

Required Qualification:
1. At least 3 years of software industrial experience.
2. At least  3-4 years of Experience with varied programming languages (C/C++ or Java) and network programming;
3. Experience developing and testing dynamic, web based applications ; extensive experience with Windows NT and UNIX server environments; thorough knowledge of Internet standards (HTML, HTTP, CSS, CGI, etc.), web site design principles and software usability practices
4. Experienced in web hosting, intranet site hosting, FTP management and uploading web pages.
6. Familiar with Software Development & QA Process.
7. Experience in development tool Evaluation
8. Positive personality with good communication skills, ability in English communication is essential.
9. Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
10. Team player
11. Experience in Multi OS Windows environments.
