Description: As team member in ESD(EngineerService Desk) team to provide R&D application level 1&2 support. Thescope of this work includes R&D application support, ticket handling,incident/problem handling, KPIs update and end user training.

• Universitydegree or above, major in Computer Science

• 3-5years working experience

• Language:Advanced German skill (MUST)

• Language:Advanced English Language are optional

• Experienceof working with the international team

• Knowledgeof ITIL processes are optional

• Experiencein database, OS and middleware

• Knowledgein Automotive IT Processes/ Automotive Experience are optional

Salary: 10k-15k/M

Start date: 8th Dec. 2015
