Win2003server+sql2005+qc9.0安装出错

偶在win2003 server sp1+ sql2005下安装qc9.0，安装到最后进度为100%创建qc数据库的时候报错，报错信息如下：

哪位高手可以指点一下问题出在哪里？不胜感激！

另：数据库已经改成混合模式，web server使用Jboss，但是安装过程中没有出现输入Jboss用户名密码和域的步骤。
