有这么多关于邮件的问题，哪位高手能否帮忙解决一下啊？

手动发送邮件的时候提示成功，但是就是收不到邮件，这是怎么回事呢？我看论坛里有好多人都出现了这样的问题，希望有人能帮忙解答一下，非常感谢！！

you should check the following three issues:
1. Enable mail function in siteadministrator
2. check smtp server right
3. check the mail rule correct.

谢谢，我只是把地址改成IP地址，就可以收到邮件了，但是，只能手动发送成功，自动发送还是不行，我把邮件配置里面的字段都加上了，设置条件的时候我选择了全部缺陷，但是我添加一个bug，也设置了指派人，还是收不到邮件，也没有任何提示，这是怎么回事啊？

Following issues may be checked.
1>check the MAIL_INTERVAL parameter value in sit administrator, the default value is 10 minutes, you can change it to 5 minute.
2> check the user's mail eddress not null when you add them to TD.
3>Check the rule in detail.

你说的这些我都设了。发现并不是这些原因，而是我安装了SP4那个补丁的问题，如果不安装这个补丁就可以自动发送邮件成功，安装上之后就不能自动发送邮件了。
以后还需要你多帮忙，我已经把你加到我的MSN里了。
