* Software test team manager
Mission
* To create the team into global excellence of center in multimedia component and system software test
profile* This is a manager position. The manager need to lead a team with nearly 10-20 engineers for embedded multimedia software test. Target OS include WinCE and Linux. Target product include SOC for PMP, car infotainment, PND and etc. Target software include both component level (BSP, codec, middleware and etc) and system level. The team will cover both component software and system software test with manual and auto methodology.The team cover functions like test case development for SOC platform, auto test tool development, test execution, test report and communication.

Key requirement
* 2+ years of management experience in multi-national company
* 4+ years of experience in software test, test tool development
* 7+ years of industry experience
* Master+ degree is preferred
* Perfect communication skill
* Experience in CMMI compliance
* High passion for perfect quality
* Excellent English
* Experience with Linux or windows development environment
* Experience with C programming language
* Experience with test script language (shell, perl, python, etc) is a plus
