求助：有哪位高手可以帮我分析这个问题或给些如何重现Bug的建议，谢谢！！

首先此路由器需要分配账号才能上网。
管理员给A用户分配了一个账号（aaa     时间：15分钟），A用户用这个账号可以上网，可以正常打开任何网站，当时间到了的时候，路由器会自动断开A用户的网，使其不可以上网。并删掉aaa这个账号。
等2个小时后，给A用户再分配一个账号（bbb     时间：15分钟），A用户用这个账号登录后，打开google.com或yahoo.com时，出现无法打开网页的情况，IE浏览器下显示“找到Web站点，请等待”，但是此时可以Ping通这几个网站，还有就是IBM的网站是可以打开的。此情况出现在IE5.0和IE7.0中，IE6.0中没有。
WAN口的IP是静态的。
这种情况出现后，WAN口的IP重新申请后就好了。
这种问题在新加坡出现，我们西安这边没有，新加坡要求重现这个Bug，并修改。可是我们在西安怎么都没有出现，我想问一下会是什么问题，如何能让这样的问题重现。

偶有一点不明白，既然新加坡出现，那让新加坡重现呀。西安这里有没有，重现个啥啊？

如果你试了好几百次不重现的话，就不用重现了，也可能是他们那边的服务器的问题，毕竟环境不一样嘛

环境问题！让新加坡那边提供Log看看！如果在西安100次才出现一次这种情况，建议Pending这个问题！而且这类问题的优先级应该在3级左右！

这种情况在新加坡是每次都出现吗？
如果是，将软件配置、硬件配置、测试用例输入、操作步骤、输出、当时输出设备的相关输出信息和相关的日志等提交。
如果不是，先suspend。

这个应该和环境有很大的关系。我们测试中也遇到过类似的问题，在客户那边就是可以重现，而我们这边就是重现不了。新加坡那边可能网络环境和你们西安这边不一样，造成了无法重现的结果。
