Quality Manager
Function: Quality & Process Improvement
Responsibilities
• Supports Senior Management to build a strong service quality culture and process management environment in company
• Design and implement quality improvement and training programs throughout the organization to meet service and control standards
• Establish performance tracking dashboards and key performance indicators for processes
• Strengthen process documentation and process implementation methodology in company
Working Experience:
• Minimum 8-year process and quality management experience in multinational enterprise with strong quality culture
• Work in 6-Sigma or ACE process management or familiar with ISO quality management system
• Experience as a qualified quality practitioner (black belt) or quality program trainer
