• 5+ years testing experience .
• Posses Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering/Science Disciplines or relevant technical engineering discipline is required, or the equivalent
• Must be able to understand complex integrated systems and derive test cases by reading technical design documents, requirements, story boards and workflows
• Good organization and planning skills; must be able to adjust priorities with changing needs of the projects
• Must be flexible and able to adjust to various styles of project management and leadership
• Must be able to take initiative, actively seek out detailed requirements, and coordinate defect management.
• Experience in Test Strategy Planning, Estimation, Test Management, Tracking and Reporting
• Experience in adapting to testing processes and provide inputs for test process improvements
• Thorough knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Software Test Life Cycle ( STLC ) processes & its methodologies
• Knowledge on Functional Testing tools like HP QC, IBM, Borland, and Compuware.
• Knowledge on automation tools like HP QTP, IBM, Borland, and Compuware.
• Knowledge on any of the domains like Financial services, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Utilities, Telecom, Manufacturing.
• Hand on testing Experience to any of the technology such as Dot net, J2EE, Oracle , SQL, Scripting language
• Preferred hands on experience with UNIX, Linux and Solaris
• Excellent coordination & Managing Client relationship
• Experience in coordination & managing Client relationship
