上海外资企业研发中心招聘SQE LeaderResponsibilities:   
·        Follow corporate Product Commercialization Process requirements.
·        Provide guidance and direction on acceptability of software quality deliverables (test plan, test summary report, test procedures, risk assessment, RTM, etc) based on requirements and templates given.
·        Act as an effective team member, who provides independent review on deliverables used to develop, implement, and maintain (Requirements, software and technical documentation review for example)
·        Make recommendations for the continuous improvement of the software quality lifecycle
·        Develop test procedures independently
·        Develop automation test scripts using available test automation tools, QTP for example
·        Participate in cross-product compatibility, performance testing and other testing that project needs
·        Quality Data analysis
·        Communicate quality issues with all parties involved
·        Support Service Engineering customer escalation investigation, implementation and closure.
·        IF assigned to SQE Leader role, he/she should
          Develop Test Plan
o        Coordinate and Lead the test for project
o        Coordinate Defect Review meeting, prepare list of defects need to be reviewed during the defect meeting.
o        Be responsible for test progress tracking and report
o        Prepare Gate Deliverables
o        Attend Gate Review as necessary
o        Measure product quality
o        Develop Test Summary Report

Education & Knowledge Required

          Bachelor Degree or above (preferably in computer science, technical fields), fluent in oral English
·        Good team work and 4+ years of Software Development, Software Testing and team management experience
·        Be familiar with test skills in Automation Testing & Tools, QTP, Test Partner for example
·        Be familiar with test management tool, QC, CQ for example
·        Be familiar with database, SQL Server for example
·        Risk management capability

Other Special Requirements

        Have WPF UI test experience is plus
·        Strong and charismatic leadership is plus
·        Be skilled in Performance testing, stress test are plus
·        Have Healthcare industry experience is plus
·        Have continuous integration and agile experience are plus
