3.熟悉软件测试流程，掌握软件测试计划、测试方案、测试日报、测试报告的写作方法；
4.熟悉白盒测试，黑盒测试以及静态、动态分析方法；
5.熟悉常用测试工具，如CppUnit、TCL、Rational Purify、Rational PureCoverage、Rational Robot、MI Winrunner、MI LoadRunner和常用的配置管理工具VSS，CLEAR CASE等。

Job Objective
To obtain a position as a software testing engineer.
Computer Abilities
Familiar with the methods of software testing case designment and writing, including the Unit Test ，Integration Test and System Test case designment;
Familiar with the testing methods based on the B/ S, the C/ S  structure such as function test, the performance test, localization test, configuration and compatiblity test, GUI test method;
Acquaint with the procedure of software testing ,writing the testing plan, testing project and testing report;Acquaint with White-box test, Black-box test and static state,the dynamic state analysis method;
Acquaint with test tools, such as the CppUnit, TCL, Rational Purify, Rational PureCoverage, Rational Robot, MI Winrunner, the MI LoadRunner and configuration management tools like VSS ,ClearCase etc..
Acquaint with the C/ C++, VB, know JAVA JSP HTML language
