Position 1.

Job title: Software Development Lead
Job vacancy: 4
Job location: Beijing China
Reporting to: Global Operation Center Manager

Roles and responsibility:
•        Lead a team of software development engineers and QA engineers to deliver high quality outcomes.
•        Own and deliver specific areas of the product using Agile SCRUM methodology.
•        Analyze client’s needs, plan team development activities
•        Track, report and improve team performance

Requirement:
•        7-10 years of software development experienced, with 1 – 2 years in lead role
•        Strong English skill both in speaking and writing
•        Strong hands on development skills and leadership skills.
•        Ability to understand complex domain, understand, refine and communicate requirements
•        SaaS platform/application development experience.
•        Agile development experience.
•        Strong communication skills.
•        Strong experience in the following technology areas: Java, JavaScript, XML, XQuery, JASON.
•        Working experience with analytical or decision support systems is desired.
•        Strong background in UI technologies and widget development, or in distributed server technologies like Hadoop.

Job title: QA Manager

Reporting to: Global Operation Center Manager

Roles and responsibility:
•        Build a high caliber QA organization from ground up, that will serve development teams in US and China.
•        Define and implement QA strategy, processes, infrastructure and tools

Requirement:
•        10-15 years of relevant experience.
•        Strong English skill both in speaking and writing
•        Previous experience in building and managing a large sized QA organization
•        Experience in testing SaaS platforms and meta data driven applications


Position 3.

Job title: QA Lead
Job vacancy: 1
Job location: Beijing China
Reporting to: QA manager

Roles and responsibility:
•        Lead QA activities for SaaS platform or applications as part of an Agile SCRUM team.
•        Support QA manager in managing team productivity and delivery quality

Requirement:
•        7 - 10 years of relevant experience, with 1- 2 years in lead role
•        Strong English skill both in speaking and writing
•        SaaS platform/application testing experience.
•        Experience in testing applications at service/API level.
•        Good understanding of automation.
•        Strong experience with leading QA tools.


Position 4.

Job title: Automation Lead
Job vacancy: 1
Job location: Beijing China
Reporting to: Global Operation Center Manager

Roles and responsibility:
•        Establish an automation strategy for testing the platform and application.
•        Setup process, tools and methodology for automation.
•        Automation strategy should encompass both black box and white box testing, Api/Service/UI level testing and maximize automation leverage as early in development cycle as possible

Requirement:
•        7 - 10 years of relevant experience, with 2 - 3 years in lead role
•        Strong English skill both in speaking and writing
•        Automation experience at both UI level and API/service level
•        Experience in building automation framework.
•        Experience in working with leading automation tools


Position 5.

Job title: PSR Lead
Job vacancy: 1
Job location: Beijing China
Reporting to: Global Operation Center Manager

Roles and responsibility:
•        Establish the Process Scalability and Reliability testing strategy for the platform and application
•        Setup process, tools and methodology for PSR testing

Requirement:
•        7 - 10 years of relevant experience
•        Strong English skill both in speaking and writing
•        Strong PSR testing experience.
•        Experience with PSR assurance activities for large SaaS platforms/applications
•        Experience in working with leading PSR tools


Position 6.

Job title: Senior UI Development Engineer - Application

Reporting to: Software Development Lead

Roles and responsibility:
•        Participate in Agile SCRUM development team for developing RIA

Requirement:
•        5 - 7  years of relevant experience
•        English skill both in speaking and writing, preferably passed CET 6  
•        Strong experience in Flex, ActionScript, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Flex Unit testing framework, using Eclipse or Flashbuilder
•        Strong technical skill and good communication skill
•        Agile SCRUM experience

Roles and responsibility:
•        Participate in Agile SCRUM development team for developing widgets and rich applications

Requirement:
•        5 - 7  years of relevant experience
•        English skill both in speaking and writing, preferably passed CET 6  
•        Strong experience in Flah, Flex, Action Script, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Flex Unit testing framework, using Eclipse or Flashbuilder.
•        Must have experience with at least one of the following rich client frameworks - MFC, WinForms, WPF
•        Strong technical skill and good communication skill
•        Agile SCRUM experience
