项目描述：
SugarCRM 5.0社区版是一个用PHP开发的开源客户关系管理系统，使用Apache的web服务器，支持Mysql、SQL Server、Oracle等数据库，包含联系人档案，邮件，日程安排等功能。
测试环境：
Linux+Apache+Mysql+php+winmail+QC+vss
工作职责：
1：参与系统测试计划、系统测试方案的编写及评审
2：小组成员分模块进行测试用例的写作，主要负责的是联系人模块的测试用例设计与编写
3：参与评审并执行测试用例
4：使用QC对需求，用例进行管理及对缺陷进行跟踪
5：填写并提交缺陷报告、测试日报，测试报告
6：进行回归测试
心得体会：
通过参与SugarCRM项目，从实践中了解了测试计划与测试方案的书写。我负责的是联系人模块的用例测试的书写，编写了100多个测试用例，交叉执行测试用例100多个，发现缺陷30个，能对缺陷报告进行完整的描述。从项目测试开始到测试项目结束，对测试流程从实践上有了更清楚的认识。
在整个测试过程中，除了相关文档的编写与用例的而执行之外，我还负责QA的配置与维护工作。能熟练使用QA，能对QA的后台进行熟练的配置，并能对前台的TOOLS进行设置与维护，对数据进行备份。经过测试用例的设计、执行，缺陷报告的书写，对QA进行熟练的使用。
通过团队合作完成此项目，需要组员之间进行很好的沟通才能更好的完成项目。所以有较好的团队合作意识，乐于沟通并且善于沟通对一个团队来说是很重要的。当然对于个人来说，不断的学习也是非常重要的。

工作职责：
1:需求分析说明书(SRS)，概要设计说明书（HLD），详细设计说明（LLD）文档的评审
2:使用TCl 、CPPUnit搭建单元测试环境实并进行自动化单元测试
3:设计桩函数和驱动。
4:填写并提交缺陷报告、测试报告。
心得体会：
通过这个项目使我熟悉了评审的流程，通过对桩和驱动的设计加深了对桩函数和驱动的理解，熟悉使用CPPUnit搭建单元试环境的方法。

Project description:
SugarCRM 5.0 version is a community with the development of the PHP open source customer relationship management systems, the use of Apache's web server to support Mysql, SQL Server, Oracle databases, and so on, including the contact files, e-mail, scheduling and other functions.

Job duties:
1: Plan to participate in system testing, system testing program and the preparation of the assessment
2: a member of the Sub-sub-module for the writing test cases, the main contact module is responsible for the design and preparation of test cases

Experiences:
I have learnt how to write the test plan and test program through SugarCRM. I wrote more than 60 test cases  in charge of contacts, carried out cr 100 test cases and found 30 defects, defects can complete description of the report. I took part in it  from the beginning of the test project to test the end of the project, I have known better about   the testing process from the practice with a better understanding.
In addition to write and work out the test plan,and write documents,  I am also responsible for the QA configuration and maintenance work. I can use QA masterly,I can  configue   QA on the background   , set up TOOLS and maintain it, and data backup.
After the completion of the project team, I know that we need good communication  in order to complete the project better. Therefore, a better sense of teamwork, communication and be good at communicate is so important to a team.To a person, the ongoing study is also very important.
