      Job Description :
      Essential Duties and Responsibilities
      • Automate test plans using different test automation tools both on UI
      (Web and Eclipse UI) and Server/Web Services layers.
      • Plan and execute testing operations for complex environments made up of
      product deployed on variety of software encompassing the latest Operating
      Systems, Web Application Servers, Databases and web servers on both Intel
      and UNIX based platforms.
      • Execute product functionality, scalability, fault tolerance, and
      performance testing in complex environments.
      • Communicates effectively with members of software development and other
      project related groups to ensure project objectives are met.
      • Follow and on going improvements of the implementation of tools,
      methods, and procedures for testing.
      • Have the capability to study source code (Java / web application) to get
      deep understanding of the product. And then give suggestions of defect
      fixing.
      Job Requirement:Education
      • BS in Computer Science or Engineering. (MS advantage)

      Skills and Experience
      • Must possess a minimum of 1+ years of Software Test Automation
      Development.
      • Must be very proficient with testing tools such as Ruby, Watir, Fitness,
      JUnit, or similar testing tools and test automation development platforms.

      • Must have good understanding of Java language and web development. Java
      development experience preferred (minimum 1 year of development
      experience).
      • Must possess a very solid understanding of testing methodologies.
      • Must have very good verbal and written communication skills
      • Experience in full software development life cycle (SDLC) and
      methodologies. (Agile methodologies experience preferred).
      • Strong consulting skills
      • Leadership qualities (e.g., integrity, attention to detail, sense of
      urgency, goal oriented, motivator, etc.)
      • Experience working well with internal and external partners
