Job duties for this position include:
•Working with company’s executive, development, international and QA teams
•Efficiently allocating available resources so that QA teams are competently staffed to test multiple products simultaneously
•Following the progression of each product through QA and assisting QA staff with any aspect of the QA cycle
•Mentoring QA personnel to facilitate their growth within the department and company infrastructure - coaching, counseling and disciplining as necessary
•Interviewing, testing, hiring and training full-time and temporary QA personnel
•Generating and implementing procedures for more effective and efficient testing of company products
•Tracking employee attendance and verifying timesheets for accuracy
•Contributing to a positive work environment
•Ensure the quality of our products meets or exceeds company standards.
•Ensure that the products are adapted in a socially responsible manner to respect the culture of the territory they are being localized into.

•Knowledge of company Intellectual Properties and a desire to be part of these universes.
•Other duties, as assigned

Requirements:
•Lead, supervisory or managerial experience in a software QA environment
•Game QA experience on two or more shipped titles
•Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Impeccable organizational and time management skills
•A finely-honed attention to detail
•Absolute passion for games
