Title：软件开发测试工程师（C#方向）

职位描述：
1.1~2 year solid project experience as programmer or developer in VB, .Net, and C#
2.Experienced in development or other engineering under Windows platform
3.Fluent English communication in listening, reading and writing
4.Demonstrated accuracy and efficiency in communication, both verbal and literal, with customers, teammates and management
5.Willing to commit to software \ system testing jobs and to align the career path with test automation and quality control& improvement
6.Strong sense of responsibility for job commitment and sensitivity to product defect
7.Basic knowledge of test engineering. Actual project experience will be a plus

• Have the knowledge of distribution environment /network
Preferred:

· Create, execute, and maintain test plans based on functional requirements.
· Follow test process, procedures, and best practices.
· Investigate and trouble shoot live site issues.
· Work closely with the Dev, PM and test teams to ship high quality features (through functional specification review to release)

Skill Requirements:
·2 or more years software test experience. Experience testing high availability, data driven web applications preferred.
·Experience on Microsoft technologies such as .Net and SQL server required
·Programming skills at .Net, C/C++, or Java (.Net is preferred),
·Knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL. Ability to read and understand data models and relational databases running on SQL Server.
·Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field required
·Good debugging and problem solving skills.
·Good written communication skills in English and the ability to work well with production development team and IT remotely.
·A self starter that can work independently and proactively

Title:Test Manager

Responsibility
-Responsible for all quality aspect of deliverables, including functional test, performance test, load test
-Defining and maintaining test guideline and test standing for SharePoint/SharePointPlus
-Preparing test plan for all SharePoint/SharePointPlus deliverables
-Working with Release Manager to ensure availability of the test environment and release schedule to test
-Managing test resources (person, boxes, software) to perform the test effectively and efficiently
-Leading triage meeting (both for system test and UAT test) and bug status meeting with dev
-Drive bug resolution by the close of test timeframe
-Working with the PM to get the test and UAT sign off

Title:SDET Lead

He/She must have a combination of in-depth knowledge of QA processes and tools and solid background in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of complex Web applications.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Working with testing resources and subject matter experts to gain functional understanding of the application and associated business processes.
-Developing, modifying, executing, reviewing and approving software test plans.
-Analyzing test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
-Working closely with Dev team to ensure the quality of every code change
-Defect reporting and tracking
-Developing stable and effective test automations

Job Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in software development, software testing/test automation, and releasing successful and high quality products.
-3+ years of experience in developing/testing applications based on Java, J2EE, Web and Database technologies.
-At least 1-2 years experience building, leading, and mentoring a team of 5-7 engineers.
-Good understanding of XML/XSLT and Schema
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science/MIS or related disciplines.

浪潮的制度现在逐步完善，管理也趋向于西方的理念，比如:

工作时间比较弹性，可以根据自己的安排掌握。
