Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field required.
2) 2 - 5 years experience in quality assurance.
3) Experience of testing in an agile development team (Scrum / XP).
4) Comprehension of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
5) Comprehension of QA Test methodologies and QA’s role in the SDLC.
6) Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
7) Experience in an automated test environment.
8) Strong English communication skills (min ESL 8). Requires effective verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable:
1) Experience in at least one of the following areas: Treasury/Accounting/Investment Banking.
2) Experience with a variety of application servers: JBoss, Websphere, WebLogic, Oracle App Server.
3) Experience in SQL database querying. Specifically, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.
4) Experience testing on MS-Windows and LINUX (or UNIX) operating systems.
5) Experience utilizing software testing tools, and automation testing tools (e.g. Mercury QuickTestPro, Jameleon).
6) Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g. PVCS, JIRA).
