QA Engineer:

Responsibilities:
- Test planning, estimation & strategy
- Conduct test requirement review & analysis
- Execute test and record result
- Defect tracking and management
- Report test result
- Cross functional communication & customer interface
- Deliverables & progress for the testing activities
- Participate in the change control board
- Collect and report project metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related major
- Experienced in test planning, strategy, estimation
- Be very familiar with at least 1 domain/platform specific testing solutions (Manual, Automation, Performance)
- Experienced in test requirement analysis & test design
- Experienced in test data preparation using professional test data preparation tools
- Experienced in at least 1 test automation tools (HP-Mercury, IBM-Rational, Borland, Compuware, Automated-QA…)
- Experienced in design & implementing test automation framework using mainstream commercial tools or open source technologies
- Familiar with software development process such as Unified Process/Iterative/Agile
- Be familiar with software testing process
- Knowledge of architecture design and business analysis
- Effective communicate & document ideas
- Adopt systematic approach in problem solving
- Develop credibility and respect across peers
- Independent worker
- Quick learner
- Take initiative
- Manage multiple tasks, plan projects or resources
- About 2-3 years of QA experience

Sr. QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for creating test plans, documenting test results, and overseeing bug reporting

-Need to have experience in manual testing and aspiring for the Business Analyst role.

-Seek and Clarify requirements from managers/ BU

-Conduct Quality Assurance testing, which includes unit, system and regression testing

-Conduct Research and Analysis, which includes business requirements gathering and troubleshooting software issues

-Keeping management up to date on the status of the work

-Work independently and help the junior resources

Requirements:

-Bachelor's or above degree in a business or IT-related field

-Experience: QA Engineer: 4- 5 years

-Experience working as a QA analyst, business analyst, technical analyst, support analyst, product manager or related

- Ability to analyze complex situations and learn new processes quickly

- Very conversant with test lifecycle

-Excellent MS office skills

- QTP or other QA automation tools

-Familiarity with html

Mandatory:

1) Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to work with all personality types to overcome obstacles and keep on schedule

2) Must be a self starter who is extremely organized, detail oriented, and has the ability to meet tight deadlines
