Summary:
- EMC/mozy is seeking a Sr. QA Engineer to join its engineering team in China
to help further growth of its industry leading personal cloud service.
- Working with other Quality Engineering team members, including feature
domain experts, you will analyze product requirements and feature
specifications to create robust, data driven test plans built to find defects,
and oversee execution of test runs and report test failures through bug
tracking systems.

Responsibilities
*   Plan and execute white box, gray box and black box testing using defined
methodologies for manual and/or automated tests.
*   Write test plans and test cases based on requirements and technical
specifications *   Isolate, reproduce and track bugs and verify bug fixes*   
Analyze test results to verify functionality and recommend corrective action
in the case of failure
*   Document test in the form of test metric reports
*   Work closely with developers and program managers on defect resolution
*   Build and maintain testing tools
*   Actively participating in the software verification planning and test case
designEducation: Bachelors (technical) or equivalent experienceSkills and
Experience: *   3+ years as a QA professional in testing and automation
development
*   Solid verbal and written English communication skills
*   Good understanding of popular Linux system and openSource web framework
such as Apache, Django.
*   Knowledge of agile development methodology, continuous integration/build.
QA experience in agile development environment is a plus
*   Familiar with script language, python is a plus

2. Job Title/Grade: Senior Software Development Engineer for Test
Location: Shanghai
Senior Software Development Engineer for Test

Responsibilities:
Work with the core R&D engineers to develop and test a DBaaS solution
1.  Work closely with R&D engineers during the product development to execute
tests
2.  Assist in design, selection and implementation of test framework and unit/
API test creation
3.  Plan, code, execute system test against the production
4.  Automate tests where possible
5.  Mentor junior QA engineers
6.  File defect reports/Triage defects

Requirements:

Must Haves:
1.    5+ years experience developing/testing enterprise level software
products.
2.    Strong passion and proactive
3.    Strong Linux/Unix skill and experience, capable of shell/perl script
4.    A solid understanding of operating system, network and internet
fundamentals
5.    Hands on system installation/configuration experience.
6.    Excellent communication skills required
7.    A good understanding of QA process and software development life cycle
8.    Must be team oriented and be capable of working largely on your own with
minimum supervisionPreferred:
9.    Strong programming skill in Java/C++
10. Solid knowledge of database (architecture, administrator and quality

Location: Shanghai
Associate Principle Test Automation Engineer
Summary：
EMC/Mozy is seeking Associate Principle Test Automation Engineer with experience designing and implementing complex testing regimens for Mozy products. Working with other Quality Engineering team members, including feature domain experts, you will create robust, data driven test plans built to find defects, maintain proper working order of already written tests, and oversee execution of test runs and report test failures. The candidate must be self driven with deep understanding of storage domain knowledge, QA process and must possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
*   Develop detailed automated tests from test plans, engineering discussions and functional specifications.
*   Create, maintain and extend the test infrastructure
*   Test large configurations that are similar to customer deployments
*   Troubleshoot test case and test harness infrastructure failures
*   Effectively communicate and collaborate with the QA team in designing, implementing and maintaining the test cases and automated scripts
*   Analyze test run results and report bugs
*   Actively participating in the software verification planning and test case design

Education: Bachelors (technical) or equivalent experience

Skills and Experience:
*   5-7 years as a QA professional in testing and automation development
*   Have experience leading QA projects through full software development life cycles
*   Have experience with storage and file systems
*   Ability to translate software system architectures into an integrated approach to software testing including integration, functional, system test, performance , load, stress, scalability, etc.
*   Experience as developer/programmer in a software engineering environment is desirable.
*   Experience in Linux administration, knowledge about web services, Ruby, Shell, Python, Windows file system, security or Globalization is desirable
*   Knowledge of agile development methodology, continuous integration/build. QA experience in agile development environment is a plus
*   Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
*   Work well with peers, project personnel and stakeholders within and outside the organization
*   Willingness to take on challenges and learn new technologies
*   Experience with customer interaction would be a plus
*   Solid verbal and written English communication skills
