概要：2年以上测试经验，写测试计划书，和写测试软件。
1年以上用自动测试工具。
熟悉自动化测试工具（Quick Test Pro, Load Runner, Win Runner，Test Director）
* 2+ years using test tools, writing test plans and testing software
* 1+ year using automated testing tools
* Competent with Microsoft Office products: Word, Outlook & Excel
Key Responsibilities:

* Guide and assist in writing detailed test plans for all projects
* Ensure automated tests are created using the appropriate test tools
* Be responsible and assist in ensuring that all appropriate tests
(manual and automatic) are run for each project
* Ensure  projects are delivered to the highest quality

Education:

* Bachelor Degree
* Higher level technical qualifications

Work Experience:

* 2+ years using test tools, writing test plans and testing software
* 1+ year using automated testing tools
* Competent with Microsoft Office products: Word, Outlook & Excel

Others:

* Excellent verbal and written English
* Knowledge of RUP, eTest, SilkTest
* Knowledge of SQL Server or ERP would be advantageous
* Focused with skills for attention to detail, very methodical,
thorough, organized and a finisher
* Good problem solving abilities to assist with problem diagnosis
* Must be able to assist in diagnosis of problems when they occur
* Must be a perfectionist and a finisher.
