1，两年或三年以上测试经验，一年以上web测试经验，最好有移动平台测试经验
2，沟通能力强，具备主动发现问题，解决问题的能力

4，英语具备读写能力，能阅读英文文档，准确理解客户需求
5，月薪5k-7.5k

职位三高级测试人员
REQUIRED
- A minimum of 3.5 years software testing experience working with commercially driven web-based applications and websites
- Strong test analysis skills
- 3.5 years functional test case development
- 2 years defect management
- 2 years test reporting skills
- 2 years level test plan development
- 3.5 years test case management
- Experience of service based testing
- Able to develop suitable test processes to manage both a team of testers and client expectations
- Good understanding of structured testing and test methodologies
- Experience of managing exploratory testing in a use case driven environment
- High level of spoken English
- Exception level of reading and writing in English

DESIRABLE
- Experience developing automated middle tier tests and automated test tools such as NUnit and soapUI
- Knowledge of c#
- Any software development experience or qualifications
- Experience of SQL Server 2005 and writing SQL
- Experience of non-functional testing
- ISEB/ISTQB Certificate in Foundation in Software Testing

1、Build and operate high performance test team to execute the test project objective; design, optimalize and implement software test process; improve process and technology continuously, adopt methodology which bring the best performance.
2、Team building, including

bjective planning, manage performance, motivate members and training etc.
3、Communicate with customer and related departments，manage relative resource, deal with emergent affairs.
工作职责：
1、建立高效测试团队，并带领团队达成测试项目目标；设计、优化、执行软件测试过程；持续改进测试流程及技术，采用最优测试技术以提高软件质量。
2、负责测试团队的管理工作,包括团队目标制定，绩效管理，团队激励和员工培训等。
3、负责与客户及公司相关部门进行沟通，协调各方资源及突发事件处理.
任职条件： Person Specification:
1、At least 3 years experience in software testing, with at least 2 years software test team managing experience;
2、BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, and related fields;
3、Skilled with testing technologies；skilled with various testing tools good at test design, test pattern, testing project track and control;
4、Excellent Leadership talent communication ability and problem solving skills; have strong team spirit，highly responsible and quality oriented;
5、Customer focused and able to work under high pressure;
6、Fluency in English;
