.NET Developers/JAVA Developers with 1year to 7 years relevant working exp.
For .NET Developers
Responsibilities:
1.Writing design documents, coding ,unit testing and architect
2.Communicating with US team on daily work and technique solutions providing
3.Team members leading and helping team member to develop
Qualifications:
1.BSc in Computer Science or related field, and 3 or more years' software development experience. Minimal 2 years hands-on experience on C# (VB.net), ASP.NET and JavaScript. Familiar with MS SQL Server, 2 years SQL query development experience is a MUST.
Oracle development experience is plus.
2.With .NET platform programming and debugging skills, and experienced in DHTML, XML/XSL and web application development.
3.Experience on Crystal Reports and Web Services
4.Experience in database applications or development tools
5.Experience in UML and Design Pattern
6.Self-motivation and teamwork; Good English in Oral and Documentation skill
For JAVA Developers
Responsibilities:

1. Implement, document and maintain complex Java based software systems, subsystems and components.

2. Communicate with client subject matter experts and onsite coordinator on scope of requirement, technique solutions, and status.

3. Ensure that services are executed consistently and in compliance with organization process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline.

2. Experience in designing and developing Enterprise Java/Database Applications.

3. Strong knowledge of Java/JSP/Servlet/EJB and Relational Database like Oracle.

4. Experience in Open Source Framework such as Spring, Hibernate

5. Knowledge of OO methodology, UML, Rational Rose and Design Patterns is plus

6. Ability to work under a fast paced delivery oriented environment.

7. 3-6 years of relevant working experience in Java.

8. Good reading/writing capability in English, good spoken English will be an advantage
