客户为一家美国GIS软件公司，是全球领先的工程和地理空间软件供应商。现由于业务发展需要，招2位GIS软件测试工程师（QA），工作地点在上海。职位要求如下：

职位一：Quality Assurance Sr. Engineer Responsibilities

This individual will include develop test plans and test cases to independently verify and validate corrections to defects and modifications to software applications. The QA Sr Engineer will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate QA processes through careful testing in order to maximize the benefit of business investments in software initiatives.

The Quality Assurance Senior Engineer evaluates and tests new or modified software programs to ensure the programs function according to user requirements and conform to established development guidelines.

Job Description

-  With limited supervision, conduct varieties of functional, workflow, and performance testing of GIS and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) applications.
-  Develop test scripts for various workflows and functional testing using his/her domain knowledge and/or work experience
-  Describe and/or document all identified defects in the software.
-  Run pre-defined tests, both manual and automated, and report results
-  Provide technical guidance to a team of test engineers

Work Experience
-  5+ years of experience in testing GIS applications – preferably Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems
-  Developing  (Scripting experience {SQL Scripting, VB scripting, etc} is required) and/or executing Automated Test Procedures (ATPs) using HP QuickTest Pro; experience using HP LoadRunner and Quality Center are strongly preferred
-  Work experience in a multi-national company and experience in working with offshore teams, especially from English speaking countries.
-  Experience in using Siebel or any other CRM is preferable

Skills
-  Ability to lead a small team of test engineers
-  Thorough knowledge of  GIS domain/application(s)
-  Domain knowledge in public safety and security is preferable
-  Excellent written & spoken English skills
-  Excellent team orientation

Qualification

-  A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Civil engineering or Remote sensing
-  Bachelors degree in Mathematics and/or any Sciences with GIS major can also apply
