Responsibility:
        Lead and Manage the Software Configuration Management team
        Coach and mentor team leads
        Interface with project managers, development managers and other key internal team members
        Perform resource management
        Verify and confirm project effort estimation and schedule estimation
        Manage multiple priorities and customer expectations
        Actively observe deadlines and delivery project results on time
        Act as the ultimate owner of development team performance
        Improve processes within CBT and Test teams

Requirements:
        Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent or above
        10 yrs of experience in IT industry, with minimum 5 yrs in team management
        CSTE certification is preferred
        Strong skill with scripting language, e.g. Perl, Shell, Ant.
        Experience of source code version control systems, such as Clear Case, CVS, SVN.
        Being familiar with UNIX, Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/WebSphere
        Strong English communication, listening and presentation skill
        Strong resource management skill
        Professional experiences in team leading
