Position1:
CDMA AEMS Test ENGINEER (2)    Location: Hangzhou
Description
·Setting up the necessary test equipment
· Writing test scripts
· Carrying out tests (some automated, some manual)
· Perform System Test, Integration Test, Unit Test (where applicable), Performance Testing, Field Trial
·Initial analysis of problems found
·Writing test reports
·Verification of bug fixes
· Inter-operability testing to ensure product works with newly released AP loads
Requirement
·A minimum of 2-3 years structured software testing experience is required
· The ability to interpret published detail requirements and design efficient test cases
·Ability to work independently
·A good understanding of GSM/CDMA and Telecommunication networks in general
·Experience of writing test strategy, test cases and test scripts
·A methodical approach to carrying out tests and recording the results
· Good knowledge in UNIX, shell scripts
·Knowledge in Test automation tools
·Candidate must have the confidence and drive to work alongside development teams as either the sole tester or part of a small test team
· Should be comfortable working in a dynamic and technically complex domain
· Excellent command in English, verbal and written

Position 2:
  (Senior) Test Automation Engineer       Work Location:  Hangzhou
  Responsibilities:
  Designs, develops and maintains infrastructure and automated tests (Required network protocol knowledge)
  Parttime perform test execution in different levels, regression test, feature test, and performance test.
  Verify defect/bug fixing and also debug/report problems during test execution.
  Skills requirement:
  - 1 + years of working experience in Test Automation.
  - Bachelor or Mater degree
  - Knowledge of XML/HTML is required
- Good scripting skills in at least one common language (Perl, Tcl/TK, Python, Shell)
  - Good Knowledge of Wireless and IP Network
  - Ability to interpret published detail requirements and to design test cases accordingly
  - Experience of writing test cases, test report, and test tools.
  - High proficient in a Unix/Linux environment
  - Attitude to work independently and corporately
  - Strong communication, presentation, leadership and follow-up skills

One or more of the following would be desirable:
- Good Python scripting skill
- Experience of using commercial/opensource Test Automation product/frame.
- Working experience with Agile development process

Position 2:
WiMAX AP S/W: (4)       Location: Hangzhou
Job Description:
Looking for experienced embedded software Engineer with solid telecommunication background.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, implement and test lower level MAC and SCH algorithms and features;
Simulate performance of design, particularly MAC and scheduler.
Update the access protocol to minimize latency & maximize throughput & utilization.
Job Requirements:
Strong proficiency in C and VxWorks
1+ years experience with MAC design & simulation (not limited in WiMax)
MSEE/CS with 2+ years exp. or BSEE/CS with 3+ years exp.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively
Additional Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with OFDMA PHY/MAC and WiMax profiles;
Wireless MAC design experience;
Ability to logically and methodically develop and analyze access protocols
Ability to write clear and accurate technical papers in English
Over-sea work experience.

Postion 3:
Dimetra development Engineer(2)    Location: Hangzhou
Description    Responsible for developing the new features for Dimetra system
Requirement Be familiar with core network and radio access network of mobile communication such as AuC, HLR, VLR, MSC, BSC, RNC etc,
Experience of core network element development is a plus.
.Unix scripting
.Professional in C/C++ programming
.Protocols: TCP/IP, UDP
.Windows programming in C/C++ (for DGUT and ATS)
.Tetra, iDen, Gota, GT800 Standard (Plus)
.Familiar with Clear case tool.
.BS or MS in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
.Good communication skills in Chinese and English
