项目描述：Counter V1.0实现对指定.C文件进行代码/注释/空/总行的计数功能。
责任描述：参加SRS，HLD，LLD文档的评审，系统测试计划的制定，用例的设计与执行并提交测试日报、缺陷报告、测试报告；设计集成测试用例并使用TCL脚本开发搭建测试环境，编写TCL脚本及扩展指令以数据驱动的方式执行测试；设计单元测试用例并使用CppUnit搭建测试环境执行测试。
