Server-side Java Software Engineer （Java服务器工程师）

Job Description
To develop the next generation Server for iQstor Storage Resource Manager (SRM).
Responsibilities
1.        Develop, design, maintain and verify our SAN resource management products.
2.        Work with QA group to develop product from concept to public release.
3.        Conduct analysis on requirement from marketing and customers.
4.        Help evolve our technology and its delivery into significant competitive advantages.
5.        Assist in the architecture, design, implementation, and debugging of products based on product requirements and per the development schedule.
6.        Assist in understanding the user needs to elicit, analyze, and specify product requirements for an enterprise level product.
Qualifications
1.        Must possess a minimum of 2 years development enterprise level mission critical applications in J2EE.
2.        Background in development of multi-threaded asynchronous applications.
3.        RDBMS/SQL experience (Oracle and MySQL preferred).
4.        In-Depth experience using multiple J2EE technologies such as JMX, JNDI, JTA, JMS, JCA, etc.
5.        Experience in defining and implementing communication protocols.
6.        Experience in Extreme Programming/Agile Programming methodologies.
7.        Networks or device management software experience preferred.
8.        Strong experience on using SCM tools, VSS or Starbase.
9.        Good command of English, on reading, speaking and writing.
10.        Excellent team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
11.        Qualities: integrity, creative, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, self-motivated, whilst offering and open to new ideas.
12.        B.S. degree, major in Computer Science or related fields.


Windows Software Engineer (Windows 软件工程师)

Job Description
To develop the storage resource manager and backup solution for applications in Data-Center environment.
Responsibilities
1.        Design, code, maintain and verify our SAN resource management products.
2.        Work with QA group to develop product from concept to public release.
3.        Collaborate with external partners to integrate products from 3rd parties.
4.        Assist in the architecture, design, implementation, and debugging of products based on product requirements and per the development schedule.
5.        Assist in understanding the user needs to elicit, analyze, and specify product requirements for an enterprise level product.
Qualifications
1.        3+ years software engineering experience.
2.        Expert in programming languages ANSI C, C++, rich experiences in development/debug in Windows environment. Java is a plus.
3.        Demonstrated technical skills through creative design and implementation of enterprise level of multi-threaded, business critical applications.
4.        Desirable experiences on either of areas: IO model of Windows, file system rationale, Cluster and DBMS.
5.        Master Intranet and Internet technologies: HTTP, TCP/IP, UDP, PPP, Firewall, HTML/DHTML, XML, etc.
6.        Has good knowledge of software development processes and methods
7.        Good command of English, on reading, speaking and writing.
8.        Excellent team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description
To join the team to develop the next-generation of storage array product, including embedded OS, File System, RAID/StorageVirtualization/CopyService.
Responsibilities
1.        Design and develop software modules on Linux platform.
2.        Conduct research and implementation on new technologies, or extension of products’ functionalities.
3.        Interact closely with members of global product teams in other locations, as well as system engineers, technical support engineers.
4.        Guide junior engineers on technical details and design decisions.

Qualifications
1.        3+ years of software product development experience, 2+ years in Linux platform
2.        Expert in programming languages ANSI C, C++, rich experiences in development/debug in Unix/Linux environment. Java is a plus.
3.        Desirable experiences on either 2 of areas: kernel, IO model of Windows, file system rationale, Cluster and DBMS.
4.        Experience with one or more Linux distributions, patching and rebuilding Linux packages
5.        Understanding of the Linux development process
6.        Ability to work independently and in a team environment
7.        Familiar with POSIX standards, system calls and utilities.
8.        Full life cycle software development experience.
9.        Fluent English Reading/Writing and oral communication skill is a must.
10.        Team player with good interpersonal skill.
11.        B.S. or higher in Computer Science or related field.
