　　Key Responsibilities:
　　- Establish and achieve the commodity spend budget (headcount, expense) for the council
　　- Achieve the council budget & target savings
　　- Translate corporate, supply Chain, GPS and product (BG/BD) strategies & objectives into global sourcing strategies & initiatives (low cost country, e-sourcing strategies, ….)
　　- Steer council processes and resources in order to optimize performance by standardizing and harmonizing suppliers and working methods
　　- Solve red flag issues on organizational aspects (i.e. shortages priority setting, ...)
　　- Manage the key suppliers under his/her council responsibility
　　
　　Qualifications:
　　Educational background:
　　- Bachelor or Master in Business, International Trade, Telecom or Electronic-Engineering,
　　- MBA is preferred
　　
　　Field and years of work-experience:
　　- Min 10 years experience in Procurement function in MNC, with exposure to Standard Components or Electronic-Mechanical Components.
　　- At Least 3-5 years above in management level position
　　
　　Specific skills, knowledge and competencies:
　　- Track records and broad suppliers network including low cost countries suppliers
　　- Conversant in Purchasing Information Systems, including operating processes and procedures
　　- In capacity to manage a team of professional buyers in diverse location

　　1. Communicate with Tendering team and get early involved to select the most appropriate solution/supplier for tender request.
　　2. Set appropriate sourcing strategy for multi-product (multi-solution) project.
　　3. Identify suppliers with potentials to meet ALU business requirements both for Enterprise and Vertical Market, especially for Metro telecom industry.
　　4. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve required cost target and commercial Terms & Conditions for products/projects.
　　5. Implement and solve contractual issues with suppliers.

　　Qualifications：

　　Field and years of work-experience:
　　- Min 3 years work experience in Telecom Industry.
　　- Background with Project Sourcing / Sales/presales/project execution experience is preferred.
