QA/Testing engineer 软件测试工程师

Job Description:
• As a QA Engineer to work as guardian of world’s largest eCommerce web site
• Analyze product requirements, create test plans, test cases and identify deliverables
• Execute testing tasks and report status, escalating issues as appropriate
• Coordinate and lead efforts for group testing tasks on a project basis
• Proactively solve problems, suggest process improvements
• Responsible for site routine build and release
Requirements:
• University degree or above majored in computer science or other disciplines
• 2+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or software engineering
• Possess a very solid understanding of testing methodologies
• Experience in reviewing product requirements and design, creating test plans
• Experience with TestDirector or ClearCase/ClearQuest desired
• Experience with QA automation tools (SilkTest, Silk Performer) plus
• Experience in full software development life cycle(SDLC) and methodologies plus
• Familiarity with C++, Java, Perl, Oracle, XML
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Be able to work well with various people with different cultures

Senior QA Engineer

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a key role in the testing of complex, multi-tiered distributed software applications. You must be adept at working both as an individual and in groups in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with rapid development life cycles. Strong written and verbal communication is essential; as you will regularly collaborate with other QA engineers, project managers, software developers, DBA’s, and operations staff. Responsibilities; • Analyze product requirements, create test plans, and identify deliverables. • Execute testing tasks and report status, escalating issues as appropriate. Track software defects and issues • Proactively solve problems, suggest process improvements. • Identify project risks and recommend actions to minimize risk. • Share knowledge with peers, mentor less experienced team members.

Job Requirements
(Knowledge, skills, abilities, experience required to perform job)
• BS/BA in CS or related field.
• 6 or more years experience in reviewing product requirements and design, creating test plans, and manually feature testing scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications in Windows and Unix environments.
4 or more years experience testing multi-tiered architecture and web-based client applications required.
• Experience with SQL language.
• Good understanding of relational data bases
• Experience with PERL scripting and security protocols beneficial.
• Project experience with IBM WebSphere or other J2EE application servers desired.
• Familiarity with C++, relational databases (Oracle), XML, ISAPI, HTML, XSLT and basic Windows/UNIX system administration.
• Proficiency in testing Web applications with comprehensive knowledge of browsers and JavaScript required.
• Experience with testing billing or financial applications is beneficial
• Experience with TestDirector and ClearQuest desired.
• Kenan billing system familiarity is desired
