6、S40 SENIOR UI SW（北京）
Description
We are looking for person to work in the S40 software development team as a senior software engineer. Selected persons will have responsibilities of software design, implementation, and testing in the areas of mobile browser, touch input, messaging, and operator-specific requirements. Major programming languages are C (and C++). Also skills in other development platforms including Java ME, Flash, Web Runtime, Qt, and POSIX are appreciated. Expected work also includes also brainstorming and prototyping new possible features in the above areas, steering and supporting the possible projects with external resources and companies.
Key Tasks
Pre-study, concept and analyze user stories together with other relevant personnel. Support higher level architect to keep needed software architechture documentation up-to-date;
Concept, prototype user stories as output for experience projects;
Support higher level architect in pre-study, analysis, and design areas;
Coding based on team objectives. Produce high quality software developed in a collaborated environment.
Conducting unit test for own area or other areas
Qualifications
About 5+ years experience in embedded software development in telecommunications/data communication domain. Prior experience as technical lead and/or architect is appreciated;
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering;
Skills and experiences in C/C++ programming language. Skills and experiences in other development platforms including Java ME, Flash, Web Runtime, Qt, and POSIX are a plus;
Knowledge and experiences in software development processes, specifically agile methods. Experiences in Scrum are a plus;
Experiences in analyzing, designing, implementing software according to user stories/requirements. Good understanding of embedded system, real-time OS, and system architecture;
Experiences in low-level software testing;
Fluent in both written and spoken English;
Ability and skills in communications and collaborations within and/or across teams;
Ability and skills to network with and influence others successfully within and/or across teams;
Ability and skills to handle high level of complexities and contribute to the roadmapping/planning of the team;
Highly energized and motivated to contribute to team targets and innovate. High commitment to customer and project focus. Minimum supervision required;
Strong sense of user experience and quality

7、S40_SW_Architect（北京）
Description
The software architect is a technical expert and leader in his team. He focuses his expertise on one or more applications area and the overall the S40 platform.
He or she is involved with a broad range of contributors, very early in the project phase.
Main Responsibilities
Work closely with requirements owner to estimates technical feasibility, risks, effort estimations,
Work closely with user experience designers to estimates technical impacts, feasibility,
Support software engineers in the team and act a technical role model
As most knowledgeable engineer about the platform in the team, share, coach and train others in the team
As a technical interface of the team, follow up system level technical trend and answer technical questions in domain
Qualifications
CS or related degree
At least 6 years experience in developing SW in relevant fields (mobile, embedded, ...)
Deep understanding of embedded systems (OS, memory management, ...)
Very good software design, analysis skills, included object oriented design,
Very good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
Ability to multi task across several projects and demonstrated problem solving ability

Technical Project Manager – Platform Engineering 360K/Y.
Required (Must Have) Qualifications
Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering Degree
Demonstrated design contributor experience in one or more of the technical areas described above.
Experience with develop-and-ship projects for mobile phone electronics (PCAs, FPCs) and key sub components (touch displays, batteries, keypads, etc).
Experience with develop-and-ship projects for mobile phones mechanical design, including full systems, sub assemblies and peripherals.
Knowledge of high density printed circuit board and flexible circuit design, EE design toolsets and design process flow with multiple contributing designers.
Knowledge of mobile phone mechanical design process flow with multiple contributing designers.
Knowledge of mobile phone embedded software development and validation.
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
Knowledge of critical issues in mobile phone design.
Highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills, initiative, superior problem solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

PMP certification.

Deep knowledge of RF electronics design for consumer products.
ARM system development.
Core technical knowledge and experience with state of the art mobile phone components: display, touch, camera, battery.
Extensive vendor contacts for major mobile phone components. |
