Job description
This role designs, develops and supports application solutions to meet client requirements. They may design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.
Business Target:IBM Global Delivery Center - DaLian

Required

    * Bachelor's Degree
    * At least 3 years experience in COBOL
    * English: Basic knowledge
    * Japanese: Intermediate


Additional information
1. Bachelor Degree , major in Electronic Engineering , Computer Science or related field
2. Japanese Level2 above
3. At least 5 years working experience, good command in PL/I, JCL, COBOL programming etc; related working experience of installation and implementation of MVS language products & tools is preferred;

Job description
1. Bachelor Degree , major in Electronic Engineering , Computer Science or related field;
2. Minimum 10 years experience in mainframe (MVS) programming for both online and batch
3. Systems analysis, architecting, designing, and implementing mainframe applications;
4. Experience in PL1, DB2, CICS, JCL, OPC and IBM development methodologies
5. Strong Project Planning and Estimation
6. Customer business process analysis
7. IBM life cycle methodologies
8. IBM software testing methodologies
9. IBM software configuration management practices
10. Strong Communication, Negotiation, Team building, Problem solving, Leadership and High Client focus

業務内容
1. Bachelor Degree , major in Electronic Engineering , Computer Science or related field;
2. Minimum 5 years experience in mainframe (MVS) programming for both online and batch
3. Strong Knowledgeable in PLI, CICS, DB2 Plus, ISPF, JCL, VSAM. mininum 2 years PLI experience.
4. Experience in Banking application or Financial services application on Mainframe platform
5. Good analytical, programming and problem resolution skills
6. Good experience in system analysis/design.
7. Good communication skills. At least Japanese level 2.
8. Good leadership and team work.
9. Able to face challenge and work under customer pressures.
