Job title: Solution Engineer  

Job description:  
1、Ability to lead all pre-sales activities in a sales cycle and serve as one focal point to the various units involved, across all products and services.  
2、Be part of setting the selling strategy and the plan to execute it and take part in the execution of this plan by: studying and analyzing customer needs, defining the solution that best fits their needs, preparing (or utilize existing) information to support the selling process - such as market analysis, informative papers, competition analysis, etc.  
3、Provide business and technical expertise to sales managers and lead in finding the best solution and delivery plan for the customer needs. In a customer facing role the Solution Engineer will work very closely with Sales managers in developing, engaging in, and winning new business opportunities within the territory.  
4、Having a good understanding of the telecommunication market, the competition, and business processes. The Solution Engineer will be required to utilize this knowledge to enhance customer relationship and help form the sales strategy as well.  
5、Experience in business analysis, large delivery projects and understanding of software development environment.  
6、Ability to lead processes and people as well as good team player.  
7、Strong oral and written communication skills in English and local language.  

Languages required:Chinese – mother tongue, English - fluent  

Job functions:  
1、Maintain broad awareness of Amdocs' wider portfolio, learn the customer needs and look to drive greater penetration within the account for Amdocs solutions and services where appropriate.  
2、Articulate clearly the benefits of the Amdocs business value proposition to senior decision-makers within Amdocs’ customers and prospects.  
3、Develop and deliver customised presentations.  
4、Develop business justifications for the customer.  
5、Prepare responses to Requests for Proposal, Requests for Information, and Quotation.  

Previous experience:  
1、previous pre-sales experience in the Telco industry

Education:  
A degree in Computer Science or Business Management or Industrial & Management

Responsibilities:   
• System integration test of various software and software fixes to ensure stability of existing production (desktop and server) environment
• Test case design, lab bench setup, test execution, analysis and debugging during software system integration.  
• Develop system level test strategies and test plans based on user requirements and customer deployment scenarios.  
• Design, configure and install test equipments; load appropriate driver and software per release test cycle.  
• Test, maintain and support multiple software images using ImageUltra Builder
  
Qualifications:
• B.S. degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other related technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience  
• At least three years experience in system tests for software integration.
• Able to generate system verification tests from requirements and oversee their execution  
• Able to independently create and maintain system/software verification plans and associated trace matrices.  
• Must exercise coordination and decision-making skills on a regular basis  
• Must have in-depth knowledge with Windows platform including Active Directory.
• Familiar with technologies such as LotusNotes, IM, MSOffice, VPN, Anti-Virus, LANDesk, Network Setup etc.
• Familiar with software image building and testing processes. Working knowledge of ImageUltra Builder would be a bonus.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English

7. Teamplayer。
8. 流利英文口语能力 。

优先条件：
有VIP技术支持经验，executive support经验，流利英文表达能力，Lotus Notes使用及支持经验，team leader者优先. MCSE,CCNA,CCNP,CLP认证者优先。
