QA Engineer

Major Responsibilities:
- Participates in all phases of the development life cycle; ensures high quality of deliverables via different kinds of QA activities
- Analyzes requirements, creates and perform test, collects and analyzes test result, and generate related documents
- Participates in requirement, design and development review and validation
- Sets up and maintains Test environment for both hardware and software
- Creates comprehensive test plans. Performs functional, stress, configuration and performance tests
- Automates test scripts to build regression suites
- Implements automated testing tools
- Ensures software develop/test procedure compliance with established standards
- Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with business and technical communities

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent
- A minimum of one year experience software development activities or software testing projects and/or processes activities
- Must have comprehensive English capability
- Solid understanding of overall project processes
- Solid understanding of overall quality assurance processes
- Experienced in Java/C++/.NET programming
- Knowledge of system design and database
- Unix test experience required, ideally including development of custom automated test systems using scripting languages like ksh, csh, tcl, perl, python etc
- Must have strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Working experiences in complex IT environment or other related fields a plus
- Experienced in using automated test tools a plus
- Financial trading and operation domain knowledge a plus
