Project Manager
工作地点：北京
Introduction:
We need A Project Manager is required to manage and deliver projects for ASP business in China.
The main responsibility is to successfully deliver VAS (Value Added Service) projects to headquarters/subsidiaries of China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom.

This role will take care of presales and some business development as well.

Work with engineering team in Seoul (including 3rd party vendors), Sales Team, local SI partners and Mobile Carriers.

Job Objectives
Successfully deliver VAS (Value Added Service) projects to Mobile carriers, on time and on budget.
As Presales, develop potential customers with sales team.
Job Responsibilities (specific duties)
Manage VAS projects
Communication between customers and development team, SI partners and customers.
partially presales responsibility as well, together with Sales Team.
Based in Beijing or Chengdu, taking care of projects nationwide.

Required Experience and Skills
Experience in Mobile industry, VAS related experience strong preferred.
project Management experience. Strong interpersonal negotiation ability.
Good communication ability and team work, eager to learn and have good self management ability.
Able to travel.
Software (Telecom, Web and Network) development experience preferred.
Having at least 5 years of work experience. Enterprise customer facing experience required.
Able to work under pressure, identify and solve problems independently.
English speaking, reading and writing ability is mandatory.
Advanced knowledge of Web application (Java; J2EE, PHP, Perl, C) and DBMS (Oracle)
Advanced knowledge of Mobile carriers system architecture, including Hardware and Network.‘‘’

Education
BS or MS, major in Information technology or equivalent..
